Oh boy, do we have a solution for you! Freeze some berries and throw them in a glass of water! Get some lime up in there! There are so many ways to jazz up your water.Also, drinking water isn’t the only way to stay hydrated. You can eat snacks that have a high water content! These include watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes, cucumbers, and more!There’s no excuse to skimp on your water consumption, especially when you’re striving for healthy summer living.

3.Wear Sunscreen EVERY DAY!

Wear sunscreen EVERY time you go outside. Not only does sunscreen prevent sunburn, but it also prevents skin cancer (a direct result of preventing sunburn) and slows down your skin’s aging process.Typically, a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 will protect you. If you have a fair complexion, it might be in your best interest to opt for the higher SPF sunscreens.

4.Pay Attention to the Food You’re Eating

Healthy summer living starts with breakfast. This is also known as the most important meal of the day. Eating your breakfast will give you the energy to last through hot days, and it will jump-start your metabolism.Eat some berries, too! They’re full of antioxidants, which may help prevent damage to tissues and reduce the risks of age-related issues.Also, you can opt for healthier barbecues. Chicken and fresh fish are great options and keep you fuller longer than red meat does!

5.Be With Family
